During our recent family vacation at Royal Palm, we encountered a blend of warmth and practicality. Located near the Valentine's Dive Resort, the hotel offers a variety of family-friendly amenities that cater to diverse needs. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a charming front desk staff member who added a personal touch by singing happy birthday—this made our first impression memorable. Our initial room lacked basic essentials like a coffee maker and refrigerator, making it challenging for our family, especially with children. The staff promptly moved us to a more suitable accommodation that included air conditioning, a fridge, and a safe, significantly enhancing our stay. We enjoyed nearby activities like horseback riding and exploring local shops—great options for family adventures. The location's proximity to the resort's generators created some noise disturbances, especially on Sundays during church services. Royal Palm is a delightful choice for families seeking a welcoming and adaptable atmosphere. I envision returning as renovations progress, allowing for an even more pleasant stay in this vibrant setting.
